Commonwealth Commercial Partners, LLC (CCP), a leading commercial real estate firm headquartered in Richmond, Va., has been awarded Property and Asset Management responsibilities of a large office building in the Peachtree Corners district of Atlanta. Located at 5707 Peachtree Parkway, the building has 100,000 RSF (Rentable Square Footage) that is currently occupied by CarMax and Fleetcor. This announcement represents a significant addition to CCP's growing portfolio of properties in Atlanta. In 2022, CCP secured Property and Asset Management for Huntcrest, a modern master-planned office park in the city's northeast quadrant.
